RULES for USING iwishihad

Please read these Rules carefully before using iwishihad.

1.0 By using the iwishihad Site you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Rules. If you do not wish to be bound by these Rules you are forbidden the use of the iwishihad Site. If you wish to contact iwishihad you may email iwishihad

2.0 iwishihad wishes to help users; with the evaluation of ideas and inventions; find investment for ideas and inventions; solve problems, technical or otherwise. This is accomplished by posting, at your request, your disclosed data on the Wish List of iwishihad. This posting is entirely at the discretion of iwishihad and iwishihad may decide not to post any submission without giving reasons.

3.0 Users of iwishihad must not send proprietary information to iwishihad without invitaion from iwishihad. This invitation will be by an iwishihad NDA sent to users.

4.0 FINDERS FEE: iwishihad posts your wishes on the Wish List at no cost according to the following limitations:

• When you find financial help for your idea or invention or a solution to your problem by using iwishihad, a charge will be negotiated with you in payment for achieving your wish by using iwishihad to do so. This is purely voluntary.
• SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES:
• iwishihad will also help in other ways you should you request. When this involves extra time for iwishihad's help there will be a charge for this.
• This charge will be provided you in quotation form for you to accept or refuse.

  5.0 You should assume that the copyright of all material provided on this Site is held by iwishihad or by the original creator of the material. You may download iwishihad web pages for non-commercial personal use only. You may not distribute these web pages, or the information contained therein, to other entities in any way or otherwise use them for any purpose contravening these Rules. This permission terminates automatically if you breach any of these terms or conditions. Upon termination, you must immediately destroy any downloaded and printed materials. Any unauthorized attempt to modify any iwishihad downloaded web page or utilise the iwishihad site for other than its intended purpose is prohibited.
